More detailed information on each of the measures and sub-measures that made up the EHRD Operational Programme can be found in the Programme Complements. These documents, of which there is one for each measure and sub-measure, described the nature of the activity undertaken, the budget that was involved and the performance indictors against which progress was measured. They also give detailed information on annual and cumulative performance targets.
